I’m Niklas Herrmann. I design typefaces that create reading
experiences balancing function and atmosphere—feeling effortless to
readers while carrying a subtle, distinctive presence. My expertise
covers Latin and CJK type systems, particularly Japanese, with a
focus on multilingual contexts. Currently I’m based between Northern
Germany and Switzerland.
